Orders and Payment

  • All prices on this site are inclusive of VAT.
  • Our payments are processed by PayPal, they are our trusted partner and the industry standard secure on-line payments system. EthnicPercussion.co.uk currently do not, and do not intend to store any financial details of our customers (credit or debit card numbers).
  • We accept all major UK credit/debit/switch cards via our PayPal Business account.

EthnicPercussion is part of the Focussed Products family group and it is this company name that will show on your card details.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery is free of charge on all UK orders.

Please note that we can only deliver to UK mainland England, Wales and Scotland (including Highlands)

Delivery Arrangements

  • We aim to have all orders sent to you within 2-3 working days but would ask that you please allow 7 working days from receipt of your order.

Once your order and payment have been processed we shall send you an email with the expected delivery date. Our couriers aim to get all orders to you by 5pm on the given date of delivery.
For larger items a signature will be required

Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale.

Please note that orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or during holidays will be processed on the next possible working day

As customer service is important to us, if any of the goods you order are out of stock or any problems arise, we will endeavour to advise you and keep you up to date at all times

RETURNS

Damages, Shortages and Faulty Goods

All damages and shortages must be indicated when signing for the goods, otherwise we ourselves will not be able to make a claim. Please therefore check your order carefully.

You must notify EthnicPercussion within 48 hours of receipt of any shortages or goods damaged in transit.

We regret that we shall not be able to consider any claims after this period

  • Where goods have been damaged in transit, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choice of a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
  • Where goods are found to be faulty on receipt, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choice of a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds will not be paid until the returned goods have been inspected

Unwanted Goods and Cancellations

  • If you receive your order in good condition but you consider any item to be unsuitable, you may return it for a refund
  • If you decide to cancel your order before you have received the goods then unfortunately if we have already dispatched your order then you will be responsible for the postage charges already incurred by us.

Please note that if you plan to return goods then you must contact us first and the goods must be returned within 7 working days from your receipt of them.

  • For your own protection please use a recorded delivery service to return the item(s) as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
  • We regret that we cannot refund your costs for postage and packaging
  • All goods must be in their original packaging, unused and re-saleable otherwise we may have to return them to you and charge you for the value of the return carriage.

As soon as we have received the goods and deemed them to be re-saleable we shall without delay provide you with a refund less our postage costs already incurred.

Dispatch of Part Orders

EthnicPercussion will not normally dispatch part orders. However, where an item is on extended delivery and this would result in undue delay to the dispatch of a large order, we may with your agreement and at no extra cost to you, forward a part order.

Incorrect Delivery details

If an incorrect delivery address has been given and another party has signed for the goods, EthnicPercussion will not be responsible for any loss incurred as a result.
